Welcome to Mountain Modern @ The West! Located across the street from Gondola Square and adjacent to the Steamboat Grand, the location cannot be beat. You are less than 5 minutes walking distance to shops, restaurants, the band stand, ice rink, and of course the SKI SLOPES at Steamboat. This luxury 3 bed 3 full bath condo is fully stocked with all of the modern amenities you want on vacation. Add on amazing mountain views, a heated pool, and two hot tubs, and you and your family will never want to leave! Steamboat Springs is known for its world class skiing, music festivals, and jam packed activities held at the base year round. It features the wild blue gondola, the longest 10 person gondola in North America. Downtown Steamboat Springs is an easy ten minute (free) bus ride away, and features incredible dining and shopping, art exhibits, and the Yampa River. In the summer enjoy a bike ride along the river or catch the rodeo. Strawberry Park Natural Hot Springs is 10 miles (24 minutes) away and a must see attraction on your next visit!!

Other Details to Note

There are stairs to enter the home (3rd floor) and stairs inside the home (3 levels). There is no elevator to access the home. The upstairs queen master bedroom is a loft and has a private bathroom but this bedroom does not have a door. While there is not air-conditioning this is standard for the mountains. The unit gets a great cross breeze through the main level with the kitchen window open along with the patio slider. Even on the hottest summer days in the mountains the temperatures drop to the 50s-60s at the warmest at night making for a great nights sleep.

It was the perfect condo for our family ski trip with three bedroom (private bathrooms). The Mountain views & main level living space were perfect for our family dinners & just relaxing after a day on the slopes. The hosts were very responsive & accommodating with early check-in accommodations & extra parking passes. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect ski vacation spot. It was across the street and only steps from the wild blue gondola. Everything you could need within walking distance. Lovely house with beautiful views. The description is accurate. It’s appropriately priced given the cost of the surrounding accommodations nearby. The hosts are so friendly and responsive and everything was so easy. Ashley and Matt were great hosts. They communicated quick and clear in a respectful and kind way. The condo was perfect for our family of 6 (four girls) plus Nana. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tubs and pool after a long day on the slopes, which was a very short walk across the street. We’d love to come back and stay here! Amazing experience too to bottom!
